By accessing and using Nexa Journal ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexa Journal.

Nexa Journal is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders:

3. User Accounts and Registration

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Restrictions

You may not create an account if you are:

Under 18 years of age
Previously suspended from our service
Prohibited by applicable law from using our services

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans include:

Payment and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. Because of this trial period, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable once the trial ends and payment is processed.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for legitimate trading journal and analytics purposes only.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purposes

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms
Is harmful to other users or third parties
Violates applicable law
Is fraudulent or involves unauthorized use

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

Notice on our website
In-app notification

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
